1. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Green Cow Dairy Ltd only handles bookings from persons over 18 years of age. We reserve the right at all times to refuse an order.

Orders can be made online and the contract agreement including the regulations regarding cancellation are applicable as soon as the order has been placed. Possible or claimed inadequacies must always be notified by email or voicemail within 5 days following the delivery.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for changes to an order or for placement of a holiday period. This isn’t to be difficult, we just need to know how much milk to bottle each day. Please inform us of any changes by email or voicemail.

Invoices for online accounts are emailed to the account address at the end of each month containing details for payment. Payment is accepted by BACS and SagePay (cash by arrangement).

Payments are required within 15 days following the end of the month, after which an interest charge may be applied and an initial reminder sent. Deliveries may be cancelled if the account remains unpaid following the first reminder, and court proceedings will commence if the account remains unpaid there after.

2. CLEANING

All glass bottles are required to be rinsed entirely with all milk residues removed before placing on the doorstep for collection with the next delivery.

When an account is closed, notification of when the last bottles are ready for collection needs to be emailed to us.

3. DAMAGE TO GLASS BOTTLES

Please be respectful of our glass bottles and ensure they are returned to us. If a bottle is damaged please recycle with your household glass.

The prices on www.greencowdairy.co.uk are not binding; Green Cow Dairy Ltd reserves the right to modify these prices. At the time of ordering, you will be informed of the prices applicable. The price stated on the order is binding unless there is an obvious error. Discounts and/or special offers can no longer be used after the confirmation has been sent by Green Cow Dairy Ltd. Green Cow Dairy Ltd reserves the right to refuse orders which have obviously wrong prices.

7. COMPLAINTS

We truly hope that your experience of our products will be exceptional. We are a new business and as such welcome any feedback, good or bad so that we can ensure that we continually improve the experience we are offering to our customers.

However, we accept that it may occur that you have a genuine complaint. We ask that you let us know immediately if there is anything that you are not 100% happy with, in order to allow us to solve the matter as soon as possible.

8. DELIVERIES

Once an account is opened we will email you confirming the days and timings for your delivery. Delivery days for your area remain the same throughout the year, excluding Christmas when a notice of the change in delivery days will be detailed on the 1^st December.

We always aim to deliver exactly what is ordered, unless there is an obvious mistake with the order of which we will email you to inform.

We will deliver all orders to the front door of the property unless we are informed of specific details requiring the delivery location.
